All party rentals include a fully stocked and staffed bar, as well as full access to the entire venue! Staffing includes bar staff, concierge, security, and in-house management. Each rental automatically allots each party a 6 hour timeframe. Once the 6 hour limit is reached, there will be a $200 charge for each additional hour.

PARTIES OVER THE AMOUNT OF 300 GUESTS MAY RESULT IN AN UPCHARGE OR ADDITIONAL FEES FOR STAFFING AND OTHER IN-HOUSE EXPENSES.
